Southampton FC vs LFC Matchday BLOG (RAW EPL e2)

In the 2nd episode of RAW EPL blogs we take you to St. Mary's stadium in Southampton – to relive a nervy game between Liverpool FC and Southampton FC.

Liverpool were fresh off their win in the European Supercup earlier in the week, creating concerns among fans that Jurgen Klopp's squad could be fatigued.

Southampton started the season poorly with a loss against Burnley, so Ralph Hasenhuttl's men were eager to bounce back – in front of the home crowd too.

We spoke to fans of BOTH sides and enjoyed some loud singing from behind both goals.
